28 April 2020 – Day 33

The rain continued throughout the night, so with the low light conditions we overslept again this morning.

My Pilates instructor started remote classes today. I declined, and just as well. The weather is far more conducive to turning over and snoozing. I think I will give it a go on Thursday.

Roger is very busy with gardening again today. I am so happy that he seems to have found the interest/hobby that he needed. It is creative and engaging and a good ‘warm-up’ for the garden and landscaping course he had enrolled for at Random Harvest Indigenous Nursery. Unfortunately, the course was postponed due to the lockdown. Hopefully it will still happen later on in the year.

I’ve been rather sedentary but at least had a walk to the mall for some shopping today. I can’t wait for Friday when we can at start going for long walks through the suburbs.

Boris Johnson cautioned against premature lifting of lockdown restrictions.

Our number of deaths now stand at 93.
